Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how That's Good Studio, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bullpen Dude: Pitch Tracker mobile application and the bullpendude.app website (collectively, the "Service"). We built the Service for youth baseball coaches, and we treat your data — and your players' data — with that responsibility in mind.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, depending on your sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email/password), your name. We also generate an internal account identifier.
Content you enter. As a coach, you enter information about your teams, seasons, events, games, rosters, and pitches. Roster entries include player names, jersey numbers, handedness, and age division. Game entries include pitch-by-pitch data, at-bats, and pitching appearances.
Subscription information. If you purchase a paid subscription, we receive purchase confirmation and entitlement information from Apple and RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. We do not receive or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account information. Apple handles all payment processing.
Technical information. We collect basic technical information required to operate the Service, including authentication tokens, crash reports, and error logs.
How we use information
- To provide the Service — signing you in, syncing your data, tracking pitch counts, and running the eligibility engine.
- To process subscriptions and manage entitlements.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and fix bugs, and to secure the Service against abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where your data is stored
The Service is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions), hosted in Google's us-central1 region in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to the United States for storage and processing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Service:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, cloud functions, and hosting.
- Apple — Sign In with Apple and in-app purchases.
- Google — Sign in with Google.
- RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement sync.
Each of these providers processes information under their own privacy terms.
Information about minors
The Service is designed for use by coaches and parents, who are adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Coaches enter information about the youth players on their teams. By entering player information into the Service, coaches represent that they have appropriate authority from the team, league, or players' parents or guardians to do so.
Parents may claim access to their child's player record using a Player Code. Parents who have claimed a player can view, correct, and request deletion of that player's data at any time. If you believe your child's information has been entered into the Service without appropriate authority, please contact beta@bullpendude.app and we will investigate and remove it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, and delete most of your data directly in the app. You can also:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Ask questions about how your data is handled.

Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) or where information has been aggregated or de-identified.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and Firebase Security Rules that restrict access to your data to authorized accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the app or by email.
